This is June 12, 2013. It is early. As in 1am. Day 0 is so named because I am planning today. I start in earnest tomorrow. I will build a website, get my stuff in order, start the 24 day challenge with Advocare and plan exercise and diet. I will also say a prayer to keep me strong through the process. I need to find a trainer, but can't afford one personally, so if you are a trainer and want to send me workout plans, I can try to follow them as best I can. Blog goes up, and of course the first podcast. Hopefully, this show lasts for 8 months and beyond. Hopefully at the end of this time, I will be 100 pounds lighter. I hope to be in shape again. I hope to get my FIFA badge back so I can referree soccer. I want to run 2 miles without feeling like I will die. Most of all, I want to live to see my daughter's 21st birthday. Let's see how I do.
